Thanks for visiting our site! You can try our three bean chili which is my personal favorite vegetarian chili or here’s another vegetarian chili recipe that has lots of veggies.

Great recipes. I made the Halftime chilli for a church gathering and it was awesome. I received a lot of compliments. Thanks for making the recipes so easy to follow.

I am looking for a good recipe to put on hot dogs. When we lived in New Jersey, We use to go to the Hot Grill in Clifton. I am trying to get as close to that as I can. The things I miss most are Jersey tomatoes and a good hot dog.

I’ll have to do some research and see what we can create. I haven’t posted a hot dog chili recipe yet so I guess the site is overdue for one.

    This site rocks!

Do you have a recipe that uses eggplant as a substitute for beef? I have found that my family cannot tell the difference, so whenever a menu item calls for beef I substitute eggplant for it. Much healthier, and the fam have yet to catch on. Sneaky, eh? Oh well, what they don’t know won’t hurt them. Thanks for this great site, I’ll bookmark it and come back regularly. Please check out my recipe web site at Bon appetit!

Honestly a very nice website. Full of information and the realization that chili doesn’t need to be mind numbing hot to be good. I personally love mind numbing hot but not at the cost of a good recipe full of flavors. If it has no flavor the hot has no value. That said I want to cry and sniffle with every bite. I also need every bite to be good. Lately I’ve been trying to perfect gator tail in a chili. Not quite there yet.
